Why does the top of your add say 1700 but the bottom says 1900 firm?

Hi all,
I just purchased the Remington 40x with HB from CMP. I picked up a bolt from precision and a jewel trigger. Has anyone tried out the tube gun? They make a stock for the model 54 so I was wondering if anyone here has one and what they think of it.

Just wondering, is there any way to adjust the velocity on the match 91? I know with the pistols it is generally right on the back but I can not find any apparent place for adjustment on the rifle.
