Jeffrey,

A top shooter isn't going to beat around the bush, he will tell you if its good or bad.
If they are saying it good but just needs a few tweeks then it must be ok.
Can't wait to see the final version go into production :-)

Jeffrey,

You talk about a tuner under the action, is that what the knurled nut just in front of the trigger gaurd is for?

Once you get your final design how you want it, I think you would be able to sell quite a lot of these stocks.

Its a Cicognani barrel tuner made in Italy.
This type is mainly used for benchrest shooting, but it's designed so you can screw on bloop tube on to the front of it alowing you to use it as a sight extension as well.

With the current style bolt handle on the rifle I think it would more likely be a 16 series judging by the photo ??

The finals range at the Sydney olympic range is completely inclosed/indoor up to the 10m point, as screens are pulled across to shoot the 10m matches. For other matches out to 50m the screens are opened and the range is fully exposed to the natural elements, apart from the over head safety baffles. ...

I aggree, he could have thrown the towel in but he didn't, he just carried on as if nothing had happend.
If you look at the kneeling score, had that "shot" been a 10 he would have had the same score for kneeling as Sidi and would of been in 3rd place going into the final as well

Mainly the cut is different for prone, the left sleeve is rotated around more so it doesn't bunch around the arm so much where the sling attaches. Your Left elbow (if right handed) doesn"t end up right on the edge of the elowbow pad, it sits nicely in the middle of the pad. The material at the ...

RSII no longer made, it is now the RSIII Difference is it now has a lot of rubbery squishy balls inside the sling rail recess and inside of the action adaptor plate. Suppose to help with vibrations. Also, I believe it only comes in black pistol grip and brushed sliver finish to the alloy now. (well ...

I have only had it 6 months, so hopefully once it wears in a little more I can try the Sk again, much cheaper to train with. A friend of mine has one, which he got back in 2007 and he now uses Sk to train with and the stuff shoots good through his. I have tried the Fiocchi in my 1813 and it shoots v...
