My right wrist is pretty bad too, and I have found that some of the steel strapped wrist splints do help for an evening. The only "fix" for my wrist is to have all the bones fused and I am not quite ready for that yet.

I believe the problem is solved, thanks to my friend Scott Brady. We were at a practice in Albany and he suggested we swap bolts. After that, the gun functioned perfectly. I had already ordered a new extractor so perhaps that will make the other bolt work too.

I am new to this forum and new to bullseye pistol shooting. I recently acquired an older Ruger MKII with a heavy barrel.
