Re:

Demyan doesn't have such a sales network. There is a well known name in the EU/World behind Demyan LLC. He knows how to sell and what a service/sell network is. Believe me. I hope that in the end of this week we will get more info. It is five years later now. What became of your hope, Igor? Alexander

Re: No Olympic qualification possible in the Asian Champions

UPDATE:
As much as I can see from the present participation results which are accessible online via http://results.sius.com , the Japanese shooting team seems to have completely bailed out (all the DNS entries).

Re: No Olympic qualification possible in the Asian Champions

Update: as far as "only" the MQS and the opportunity to be eligible be concerned, there has already been created a remedy with the recent upgrade of the Bangkong Workld Cup from 1st to 9th March 2016, see here: http://www.usashooting.org/news/2015/10/28/736-rifle-and-pistol-world-cup-bangk...

Re: No Olympic qualification possible in the Asian Champions

FIFA also did the same thing earlier. What I cannot find is the exact reason of the suspension. Both FIFA and IOC pointed out that it came from a passing of a sports law, but I can never find the actual law concerned anywhere. I shall endeavour to answer Conradin's very reasonable question (and his...

No Olympic qualification possible in the Asian Championships

An important, but in my opinion very necessary and very equitable, even righteous step by the IOC, on behest of the ISSF: http://www.issf-sports.org/news.ashx?newsid=2441 http://www.olympic.org/news/ioc-executive-board-revokes-olympic-qualification-status-of-the-asian-shooting-championship-in-kuwait...

Re: Infighting at USA Shooting

If you go back to the webpage, the Motion to Dismiss or Stay is new on the page. It was filed yesterday in Colorado. Ed and Mary are in Chicago today in mediation. 1.) The primary motion for dismissal (secondary prayer: for stay of proceedings; tertiary is the cost order requested) is written in a ...

Re: Infighting at USA Shooting

Isabel, the prayer for declaratory judgement in a statal court mostly is a tactical move by USA Shooting, tactical in the sense of procedural tactics. Its intent is to stall the intra-organizational grievance hearing procedure, which by now has been escalated to USOC, but still is substantially (in ...

http://www.vc4hss.com/__USAS_Sec10_Complaint/index.htm New docs posted Thank you very much - an insightful (if incomplete) collection. Re: Olympic Target Pistol

I have shot it a couple of times now. Steady as a rock, and sufficiently precise. Trigger was maladjusted however, and I am still fumbling. The design seems rather close to Pardini.

Re: OK to shoot an event more than once in a match?

We have to distinguish: Re-entries and repeats are VERY common and actually the RULE in many disciplines here, and then again not in others. - They are actually the - expected ! - rule in prize shoots and small matches in such disciplines as military rifle, muzzle-loadcer, schuetzen rifle. - They ar...

In Europe, 21 years olds are adults.
In Amurrica, children. As such they behave.

Re: Why No US Junior Pistol Shooters at Junior WC in Suhl?

Added: the capriciously high "participation limits" are not a USA phenomenon; they have also been a problem in Great Britain and South Africa. All three seem to be poor countries. Gorgs Geikie had critically addressed this too, in the past. The thought behind it is Kafkaesquely beautiful: ...

Re: Olympic Target Pistol

The 2008 Olympic pistol has been depicted here in the forum at another time. It was a older gun at the time and is no more in production, as one poster here had correctly explained in the respective thread. The present pistol version is in the printed Norinco sales catalogue (as well as its Free Pis...

Alexander, I believe you misunderstood Rob. The tread is about a chinese range of target pistols/rifles. He was talking about China and Japan not producing equipment comparable to that from europe. He wasn't talking about the shooters. No. _You_ misunderstood him and me. Because you did not read pr...

I see. You are indeed one choosy fellow.
