The rod will point up, not down. The trajectory is a parabola

Liability insurance for gun owners
I was wondering if anybody has experience with this.
Is it per firearm? What are the approximate costs? I couldn't find much info online
Thanks!

Re: Broken free pistol grip
Get proper wood glue such as Titebond. When glued properly, wood won't break at the glued spot.

An alternative to the tank you may want to consider is a hand pump ($50-$250)

Re: Get a grip, man!
So where does THIS ATROCITY fit into the Pantheon of "Pretty Grips" http://i.imgur.com/msEqmSzl.jpg I wouldn't mind using it (in fact, I would buy it from you if this was a good fit for me), but I just can't bear myself to do the same to a new part. It's a problem I have, and not only wit...

Re: Get a grip, man!
For me is (an extreme form of) 2, and not necessarily because of resale.
I buy Rink grips to keep the stock brand new and then refuse to modify the Rink except for adding crayola modeling compound (easily removed without traces).
The fit isn't good, but I would feel worse violating the grips.

Recommendations for inexpensive spotting scope
The one I have (Ncstar 20-60x60mm, probably this one https://www.opticsplanet.com/reviews/reviews-ncstar-20-60x60-spotting-scope-green-lens-with-tripod-laser-ng206060g.html) needs to be replaced and I am looking for something (1) inexpensive (2) that can resolve .22 at 100 yards. Any suggestions? I ...

Re: Who has Rink grips on their LP10?
I have Rink grips on Toz, Morini CM84, and Steyr Evo10. > Did your Rink grips come with the sheet metal L shaped plate that the adjustment screws sit on? A metal plate is already attached to the grip, no need for the plastic spacer. > Did they come with the mounting bolt? I seem to remember it came ...

Re: New .38 match revolver - which looks very interesting
Can someone provide an accurate history for the manufacturer? How did we go from DOMINO (1980-ish) to FAS/DOMINO to CHIAPPA? Fabbrica Armi Sportive (FAS) is the original company ('70) https://www.rimfirecentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=557499 The 601/602/604 used to be very popular in Italy in t...

Re: Ballistic rubber trap
I use a Gehmann pellet trap like this one ($26): https://www.ebay.com/itm/Gehmann-17x17cm-Pistol-Targets-Pellets-Trap-for-indoor-10-meters-shooting/373072113612 The backplate can be replaced (I use a thicker aluminum plate) and it is spring loaded (see 3rd pic on ebay). It's easy to make the trap qu...

This. There was old gunked up grease on both springs and on the sear.
Taking apart the trigger and cleaning up everything solved the problem. Thanks!

Erratic behavior Steyr LP2 (again!)
More than two years after my post https://www.targettalk.org/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=60674 I went back to shooting the LP2. I have adjusted the trigger according to the David M's detailed instructions (thanks again!) and this time with a real 500g tension gauge. After the adjustments, the "don'...

Re: Who has Rink grips on their Toz35M?
I have the Rink grip on the Toz 35M and I love it. I don't remember any issues with the fitting and the grip is solidly attached to the frame. Rink also sells for the Toz a grip that fastens with a single bottom screw, if you modify the pistol to move the loading lever on top. I have bought one but ...
