I had the same problem at the start. Ernie was very kind in pointing out the procedure to take it apart. I cleaned it ans then put a little MDS grease on the pins so that they would not move around. Increased the weight of the trigger a little. Works great. I havent had a misfire for the last 2 year...

We dont have an ultrasonic cleaner unfortunately though I think that would be the ultimate. I once saw my car injectors cleaned in one and it was miraculous.

Would you think that Hoppes 9 might help? Any suggestions?

Any thoughts on how to clean out the compensator. I left mine for a week in WD40 hoping to get the cemented carbon and lead out which glued the comp's stainless internal tube to the outer sleave.

Sorry for the confusion. The total weight is 500gr however broken down in say 480gr for the 1st stage and 20gr for the second stage. I think that's legal.. Any MG5E owners that use the 2 moustaches provided keep them on the pistol when boxing the same? The box provided seems to have the moustache positioned in the foam but the box does not want to close. Am I doing something wrong?
