I read a book of Chinese health info once that said that stomach breathing was more relaxing than lung or chest breathing. I have used that method since and it helps to keep calm while shooting. You might try it. Don in Oregon

First off, what is a beam rifle? As for feeling heavy, it seems you need to build your muscles more and do some exercises. That would help a lot. Or, get a lighter rifle. Just my 2 cents worth. Don in Oregon

Nope. The best thing to do is to just try to stand as still as you can for a few minutes at a time until you can get the movement as little as possible. Don in Oregon
