Completely accurate reply Richard. One more point is the fact that using the SSP as opposed to the GSP feels like moving from the 20th to the 21st. century.

It sounds like you may need to read the owners manual re: trigger adjustment, and alter the adjustment so you can feel the first stage movement meet the resistance of the second stage. Often times the first stage is set too high and the second stage weight is almost imperceptible. Remember there are...

A wider than desired pattern of shots is caused mainly by not paying absolute attention to sight alignment. You should not be focusing on when your level of movement reduces, but gently increasing trigger pressure while focusing on sight position completely. Remember this, when the sight alignment i...

Just let it sit there, its not supposed to apply any pressure. All the gripping force should be through the middle, ring and index finger...applied in a rearward manner, and only enough to stabilise the pistol.

I agree wholeheartedly.....there has to be a financial advantage for him/her to keep up this this never ending battering of MG2' reputation.
Let the broken record stop.!

I'm with you JIPE and RJP...anyone who refuses to divulge the country they live in, give the appearance of being a troll, and their opinions should be disregarded , and consequently irrelevant.

C'mon David...we all know what Jipe meant, and his intentions were to be helpful....take one of these with a shot of Jack Daniels and it wont seem nearly as important.

I agree completely that the trigger feel should at least match other pistols, especially considering the price, and not feel like a piece of crap, as the Walther first stage does....however, I wouldn't be put off purchasing one by this point alone, if other design features such as grip angle, and ge...

You know......if the SSP trigger was to be used as a free pistol, I would have to agree....but , in the real world of rapid fire, standard pistol, and even sport pistol to some extent, I defy anyone to tell the difference in trigger subtly during the fast firing stages [ which is most of the event ]...

the human condition gives us the ability to locate the centre of 'things', and the centre of the white below the bull is about the 3 ring (or lower depending on the overall size of the target).

Absolutely correct Spencer.

Canting will have no effect on POI if the shooter has his/her rifle/pistol sighted in on the point they wish to impact [point of aim], but does have a huge say in where the projectile lands depending on the amount of cant, and how low in the target the area aim is set to. If a shooter has their sigh...

Cant is no more of an issue sub-6 than centre hold. My cant sometimes varies and it doesn't appear to affect the POI of my shots. I would say that if you have just tried it for one session, carry on working with it for at least a month. You can't really make any assessments as to which would be best...

Even more puzzling is the fact that the RF version isn't even listed on Morini's website. By the way, thanks Gort.
