Tampa area clubs
There is only one club that I know of that is active in air rifle and air pistol in the Tampa area. That is the Wyoming Antelope Club. They have sent several juniors to Colorado Springs Olympic Center. They have a dedicated air gun range for both rifle and pistol and are currently having a fund rais...

Spotting Scopes.
Got on the phone today with Campions choice to order the scope and was told they are out of stock. That is the way my luck usually goes. Will check on Champion shooters supply this week. Again, thanks to all for the help.

Gary, I plan on getting the Kowa #TSN-661 with the TSE-17HD 25X eyepiece. I really want this to be the last spotter that I have to buy, I'am getting up in age and I want a really bright and clear scope to see 22 holes at 50 yds. out to a hundred on occasion. This might be overkill, but I don't care ...

The Konus scope is about $150.00 from C/C. Brightness is a big plus and is one of the reasons I'm upgrading. But there are numerous other optic factors that play into a top of the line spotting scope. The money isn't the problem. Just finding it hard to belive that something that cheap is on the sam...

Spotting Scopes.
Been looking at the Kowa #TSN-661 with the TSE-17HD 25X eyepiece. Also at Champions Choice's new Masters Series ED 27X66mm which is a couple hundred dollars cheaper. Anyone have any thoughts on these two spotting scopes?

That was interesting. I have been shooting air pistols and rifles for quite a few years and never knew that little bit of info. Thanks for sharing that with us.

Walther Expert Vs Walther SSP
Here is a picture of the bolt face of the Walther SSP. I don't see where the firing pin would hit the center of a full primered 22 case. The firing pin is still hitting the rim????

LP-10 color question.
Has anyone used the LP-10 in the silver color. I'am interested in knowing if there is any problem with reflection off of the barrel?

spare parts for the Toz 35
Just a note to add to the off the wall parts that people are coming up with to keep the TOZ'S running. My falling block lever catch spring rusted off. A gunsmith friend of mine came up with a fix for that spring. Use a 1911 plunger tube spring. It fits in the hole and works gfreat. I still would lik...

Target height for free pistol.
Thanks for the replys. I guess I just couldn't get it in my mind that you would shoot at a target center that low. I was looking at the chart and the 50M standard height distance is the lowest of all of the others listed. All others are almost twice the height. Just thought it might be a misprint. A...

Target height for free pistol.
Rules show the height to center at .75M which is about 29". Plus .50M + or - ! What is the answer here. I can't belive you shoot at 29". What am I missing here.

One other item to consider when you start shooting at fifty yards. Just any ole ammunition will not do. A friend and I have been involved with Ransom rest testing Marvel conversions and model #41's. I have certain lot numbers of CCI that will shoot two inches at fifty yards and I have lot numbers of...

Just a side note! Wish Pilkguns was the importer and could sell the Pardini's and Rink grips. We all know and trust Scott to give the best advice and service and stock parts of all of the importers of international equipment. I haven't delt with Larry's guns other then to buy Ultra dots and Rink gri...
