I don't have much of an opinion. I think it's an interesting move from Pilkguns. But I do have to say that my dealing with them in the past has always been outstanding and I respect their new "philosophy"... maybe there is something to it...

Any repetitive task will cause muscle to become sore and inflamed. The elbow pain is commonly referred as "tennis elbow", even though most people that get it don't play tennis. "tennis elbow" is basically a tendonitis. Using the computer a lot will lead to similar problems in the...

I think that any competition AP could make you a champion, it's really a personal test. However what ever you choose make sure that you try as many different grips as you can. A good grip is very important as well, and there are many type to choose from.

There will be a match this Saturday at LA Silhouette Club (Angeles Shooting Ranges). Details and directions at http://shadetreeshooters.org

sounds like fun. Do you have to be an NRA member to participate?

I built my first pellet trap in wood with putty backing and it was fairly loud. One thing I understood was that most of the noise wasn't from hitting the back of the trap, but rather the sound being trap between hitting the target and hitting the back. Since wood is a very effective sound carrier, i...

Sad to hear that the Prado monthly matches are no longer, it was a very friendly crowd, and I remember a few people drove from quite far away for the matches... Some of us have tried to figure out alternatives to Prado, but nothing never really happened. Without a club and a strong commitment it's r...

The paper both Cible and National use is horrid IMHO. National used to have much better paper but switched about 2 years ago. The only batch of targets I got from Cible was very bad. I have never regretted spending the extra money for Edelmann or similar targets -- you can practice cheaper since yo...

I shoot an LP@ and love it. It's basically an LP10. I do like the grip better on the LP@ than on the Steyr (both grips are made by Morini but do have a different design). Both are great pistol you probably will never outgrow.
