scatt training

However, it is worth its price. I wish there was more information about how to adjust the settings and how to interpret the results. Apart from some discussions about the "L" factor, I have not seen a lot more discussed about what to do with the data you get. Looks like a lot of what you g...

kneeling issues

I am noticing a lot of pulse transmitted apprently from the sling. I have it all the way up now, and still I get it. In the book ("ways") they recommend trying to get the sling to pull from the outside snd not from the inside. If you recommend having the sling pulling from the back, how do...

scatt training

I completely agree with you in that scatt is a training and not a scoring tool. It is just that sometimes there appears to be a big difference between where you call the shot, and where it is actually located in the scatt simulator.

scatt training questions (2)

I found in the USAS 3 position air rifle shooting: For prone: 50 cm For Standing 1.40 m For kneeling 80 cm two more questions: 1. How accurate you think scatt is in terms of scores? 2. How accurate you think scatt is for 50 meters disciplines, I have the impression it is pretty good for 10 meters, a...

kneeling issues

Hi, Thanks to all of you for your help... I am 5-9 tall. I have done what you all seem to agree on: my left shin is significantly more vertical, the left elbow has gone on top of the left knee, and the position is more forward balanced now. I shortened the stock the last 0.5 cm (no more room to go),...

We cannot exceed 2 MB in our postings, so I cannot send the new pictures! Thanks a lot to all those who have taken the time to look at these pictures. I have placed my left elbow on top of the left knee (instead of having it back as before), and the position is more "forward" now. The rifl...

kneeling recoil problem

Hi all, I have been working a lot on my kneeling position, as it used to be excessively challenging. My scores have improved, but are not optimal. I still have the 2 most common problems in it, right-to left movement, and up and to the right recoil. After lots of training the movement has decreased,...

On ISS TV transmissions

I think the ISS TV group has made an excellent job in their transmission f of the ISSF WC Rio. I enjoyed the new format and specially the interviews of coaches, shooters, etc...May be they could shorten a little of the introduction... Anyways, I think they are doing an amazing job and they are tryin...
