Jim,
If you have the standard sights, they are not adjustable. The front sight allows changing the insert to other sized apertures or posts. The rear is fixed in size, but you can get screw in apertures of different sizes or an adjustable. I have a couple fixed apertures, 1.1 and 1.5mm.

I currently shoot sporting and match springers as well as single stroke match guns.
