how many pages did this produce on previous discussions? all shooters need a plan of what they want from the sport, coach needs a plan, both need to be on the same page. plans change in time. I like to have a shooter Im coaching, coach newer shooters at least 10% of how much time I invested in them....

just wondering why you are doing your shot prep, then commit to the comencement of what you should of prepped for, to then go back to shot prep? once you have prepped for the shot/s, then commit to it, the outcome is largely already decided. If you feel the need to revisualise, you havent got a good...

Specifically - brand, model (eg mechanical Vs electronic, long Vs short barrel) most use the one offering the best contract! till you are offered a contract, use the one you find most suitable for you, bearing in mind, what you may like now, m...

think most would pick middle of shoe, right/wrong, dont know. make a long shoe, then use bottom, weight goes in the middle, trigger pressure point below 500 grams. is that the problem? you set up weight at your diagrams midpoint. add more weight, less trouble with shacky old testers that cant lift it...

nah, just aim off more. I got the aiming off sorted, just havent quite mastered bending it back yet. russ, I liked the mouse in the box better. easy to loose the drive. I think it is important to learn to bend the shot in when you are not steady enough in precission, or in timed events where the per...

while not really consciously doing any thinking Thats the thing, you are processing heaps in one part of your head, but not the way you assess doing something in your verbal side. doing things automatically without verbal thought can be seen as a very silent world indead, yet there is still lots go...

I can think of a few coaches that have coached olympians that were also olympians, even both gold medalists and world record holders. I know some had there initial coaching from dad, but dont know if dad was a shooter, most likely, thats how they got the early head start. it is when they get to the ...
