Well all back together and working better than before. old spring was 25mm shorter than the new one, and new plastic buffer pushed into the piston easily. only tricky part was to put the trigger back together. took a bit of fiddling to find the right reasembly order. ten p files helped as well. thanks

thanks ted. not having a manual makes it hard to use the correct name for things. would say it is just the piston seal.
may just replace the spring, and steel compression ring while it is apart.
