Placing a raiser just on the rear will not change your head position, but will help you gain more elevation adjustability as Tim says. Assuming you have 8mm on both the rear and the front, your shot will land lower than without any raisers anyway as your sightline hasn't changed, but your barrel is ...

To my knowledge, unfortunately, none of the Tanner actions have the same footprint as Grunigs, including the round Grunig action.
