barrel and action weighs 3.2kg, so if you have that, take barrel off, weigh receiver only, subtract from 3.2, result = barrel weight. Convert to ounces. Allow for gravity variations across globe of course.

i think the aspect that trips some up is thinking that visualisation is about the visual image in your head. Not everyone thinks in visual terms easily. instead, try thinking about the other senses, think of what you are trying to visualise in those fields... smell is a good one, being aware of your...

Discuss the rifle training w your doctor and PT. They should be able to help. The PT especially. You can also use a Home Depot back belt, to protect your lower back. Only thing is, I don't think it will fit under a shooting jacket. If the problem is with the feet affecting the back then really the ...

Although many people suffer common issues across disciplines, you end up working on something specific to each one. If possible, find a coach if you can. The problem with a shooter suggesting to themselv...

Assuming this Brian Morgan character is from London England, I'd suggest contacting some forum members from the UK to see if they know him. If they do they may be able to give you some insight into the man, or the situation. Brian There is a mechanism for alerting UK airgun forum admins, and this h...

The Commonwealth Games are even listed in their calendar and - please do now visit the ISSF website - the ISSF does daily reports on the world's current shooting news (lower left corner). Yeah, but not on the Olympics, and not on the Commonwealths, neither of which they have media rights for. Once ...

Well, i thought the first post that opened the thread was more silly, especially from someone proporting to know what they're talking about.

Try sharpening your axe on that chip of yours instead of trying to pick the bones out of thin air.
