Sounds like the regulator is stuck.
Do you have the Torx to adjust it?

Does screwing it back on get you another two shots or still nothing?

When you screw in the tank then unscrew it what happens?

Yes I'm familiar with the different rules, although likely I'd be shooting HFT which isn't shot sitting.
