Laser Targeting Systems
There seems to be lots of laser targeting systems being marketed. I am a rank novice at bullseye shooting. I have a 10 m airgun range in the basement but no way to practice with my firearms. Obviously I can dry fire and do other training exercises at home but I think I would like a laser training sy...

Re: Kurger targets are no longer accepted by the NRA
Sorry to drag up such an old thread but it had caught my interest a while back and it took me some time to act on it. I thought I would share my results. I use TargetScan which requires taking a picture of the target for the computer to analyze. Being a tightwad and curmudgeon I have been printing m...

Turning my wrist
I have a tendency to turn my wrist slightly counter-clockwise (widdershins). Especially when I am getting tired. Any insights would be appreciated.
Thanks,

Re: CZ BRNO TAU-7
I recently bought a TAU-7 and I really like it. I am a rank beginner so my opinion only counts for so much, but mine shoots real sweet. When I bought it, it only had one CO2 piercer cap. I wanted a second one so I ordered one from direct from TAUBRUNO. The website said that the currently available p...

Re: My wife is cool.
Tod, Just saw your post talking about having "stenosis, collapsing and bulging discs". It was interesting to hear from a follow sufferer so I thought I would send you a line. I recently started having back problems in the lumbar area, numbness in my legs and loss of balance. I thought it w...

Re: Tau-7 Hammer
I got the old set screws out of the sear. Had to drill them out. I managed to use two of the new set screws to tap/clean up the threads of the holes. So now all I need to do is figure out how to put it back together.

Re: Tau-7 Hammer
I will probably have to take the sear out to remove the set screws. From the schematic It looks like if you take the pin out of the trigger (part #42 rocker arm pin), the trigger and sear come right out. It also looks like the really stupid thing to avoid is losing the rocker arm spring #57 when it ...

Re: Tau-7 Hammer
I took a look at the adjustment screws 47B & 47C. It looks like the previous owner broke the slotted heads on the screws. The manual calls these M2.5x5 set screws but they used to have slots instead of allen wrench screws. If I can managed to get the old screws out, can they be replaced with all...

Tau-7 Hammer
I have a question about a new to me Tau-7. My question is regarding the hammer. After I cock it, if I press the hammer downward the gun will fire. It takes only a very light touch to make this happen. Is this normal? It seems a little dangerous. Is there some way to adjust the hammer, sear or trigge...
