Shooting Journal

Does anyone have a good template for a smallbore shooting journal for young shooters? Looking to have to the younger (and older) shooters at our club start keeping a journal. Any ideas on a template that could be filled out quickly and easily?

I absolutely love my two System Gemini butt plates. I have two only because it is so difficult to, one, remember the adjustments on this thing for each position and two it really isn't that easy to adjust it on the fly. Quite honestly I have never shot the gun, however I can tell you this, whatever gun you buy will perform pretty much the same as any other top quality gun. Well, I can't really tell you much unless except that what Pat said Is 100% correct. Air rifle since it is closer and has larger rings is more forgiving.
