I faced a similar problem when I purchased my CM84E back in 2004 With sights centered, the pistol would group app. 20-25 cm to the right at 50m distance, from the rest and free hand. Grouping the 10 was only possible with rear sight set to extreme left and front sight slightly tilted to the right, l...

I am left handed, shot a TOZ for a couple of years, late nineties. The construction of loading lever and cocking lever makes the grip asymmetrical to the left. I used the factory hand grip, which was bulky on the left side. Had to use a trigger shoe with 17mm offset to the left. Could never really t...

A bit challenging: Steyr LP5.
A piece of 1/16 strimmer wire, fed from the muzzle end, takes the bend in the magazine well.

My reloading data suggest a higher starting load with a lighter bullet. Maximum load hardly increases.

Suggest you check with your powder/ bullet reloading data.

I stopped using the Morini-made compensator on my CM-84e for reason of fouling and lack of score improvement. I cannot be of much specific help, but there seems to be a special reamer for cleaning the compensator's main bores. To remove: the front sight may hide a grub screw holding the compensator....

I owned a DES69U for some 20 years. Fine build quality, accurate, very reliable, not sensitive to ammo, can't remember any jamming. After some 25000 shots there was some wear on the firing pin and the magazine lips developed hair cracks; second hand copies showed same cracks. Availability of spares ...

It worked, but was not a succes; I did the standard Morini battery test, the voltage dropped to about 11 V and the pistol stopped firing. Later ...

I came from an Unique DES69 (company unfortunately out of business since early 2000's) and bought a new CM22M in 2004. It is what Anschuetz says...
Manual page 33 I read: "....Please use no other means for cleaning, especially no VFG felt pellets....". (VFG stands for a make of those pellets)

Contrary to this Steyr recommends to use felt pellets in the LP2 and LP5.
