Re: Get a grip, man!
I need an advice. Shooting size S grip on a loaner Morini CM 162 at the moment, which sounds about right with my palm ~86mm across. However it takes plenty of fill to eliminate air pockets under knuckles and the palm. I did try Morini M, and my fingers are too short there to align at right angle on ...

Re: Margolin Orthopaedic Grips Available Again
Thanks for the heads-up!
I've been using a homemade ortho grip I rigged out of modeling clay with steel reinforcements on my Margolin, but this looks so much better.

Re: Do you think this grip extends past the Wrist?
It may well be it does not touch the wrist anywhere, but as I read the rule the grip should not obstruct the view of the wrist. That interpretation would make sense, since the point is to permit controlling whether the wrist is unsupported.

Re: Do you think this grip extends past the Wrist?
We appear to share the interest in photography then, David. It could also well may be the case am wrong.
But on the first photo there is a visible shadow from the grip way into the wrist, and it's not like there's some oblique lighting angle.

"The wrist must remain visibly free when the pistol is held in the normal firing position."
This is not "visibly free" by any means.

Re: What to Buy ? Feinwerkbau P8X vs Walther LP 500
Considering P8X myself.
I see some sellers offer it with 2 cylinders only, some allow with one at a reduced price. I wouldn't dwell on compatibility with AP20: it's probably easiest to sell Hämmerli together with its cylinders to fund the Feinwerkbau.

Perhaps it was a choice between keeping 10m AP or FP? Can't imagine eliminating an Olympic discipline was ISSF grassroots initiative.

FWIW we have exact same looking adapter in our club for Morinis. Filled up using it just yesterday.jconrad2754 wrote: ↑Sat Mar 13, 2021 10:23 am The brass is not a Morini 162 since I have a 162, and actually fact used my Morini adapter to fill the Pardini cylinders.
