Re: Is it just me or is this forum slowly dying ?

It may be that the forum is dying. If so, I think it must be that our sport(s) is. Spray and pray seems more attractive than the ability to actually hit your target. This pretty much sums it up. Last year I quit a club where I had been a member for 20 yrs. We used to run all the int'l matches: Free...

Re: air & sb rifle clubs in Tampa bay/FL

Yes - Sarasota Military Academy has a club program - contact Riess Pelegrino Pardini USA was building a range for coaching. Not sure what the latest is though. One of the best Jr coaches in the country is a little South in Naples... Jayme Shipley https://www.ishootconsulting.com/ Thank you for info...

air & sb rifle clubs in Tampa bay/FL

Hello all
Is there any 10m air & 50m ( 100 m) sb club within 50 miles of Tampa bay / FL ? Google didn't come up any other than clubs and ranges for high power, air hunting, pistol.

Walther rearsight: sport match vs insight out expert

Hello
I have questions for those who have experiences with both models as said in title. What are the features that make the insight-out-expert worth almost $300 more ? Should I upgrade from the sport-match, which come with the LG400 alutec competition, to the insight-out ?
Thank you all in advance.

Re: Walther KK500 Blacktec

This would be a swapout action from another KK500. Nothing wrong with that. It will be heavier than a normal KK500 Blacktec. And that weight will be in the front. To me kinda defeats the purpose unless you are in line for a heavier gun. Performance .... should not effect. The barrelled action would...

Re: Walther KK500 Blacktec

Thanks for this summary - to be honest, the Blacktec KK500 is a more appropriate rifle for me to shoot than a more complicated KK500 version - I probably will not touch many adjustments once I have it dialled in. And I'm sure will still retain a decent resale value in the future, so the worry of bu...
