Re: Bradley Cheek Rest
I called him up and asked him to send me a replacement. He still had me on file so there was no model discussed. I had purchased the original one years ago.

Re: Advice S&W 41 vs HS Victor
Yeah and there were some at the range who could shoot masters level with a slingshot. That stated, good tools are just that. You can feel the difference, say like the difference between a Yugo and a Ford GT40 (a tad extreme no doubt).

Re: FWB 601 question
Mine works just fine and using alloy instead of lead is 611+ fps. If I had a clamp assembly I'm sure it would best my bagged shots which are pretty good. I'll keep it listed until I get an offer. Thanks all for the input.

addendum Listed May 6th. It has a FWB short lock. I had a scope on it. I didn't want to hit a wall or door. I have the original. It's in the photos.

Selling my FWB 601 and can use some help
I have it listed in the buy sell listing. IN case anyone is interested, I'm picking up a VUDOO Benchrest and have to sell some of my stuff. The 601 is in great shape and does have some extras too. I was shooting at home during the pandemic but shooting from the back wall to the front door was a bit ...

It's also used to hold the mount for a red dot or scope. Call Pilkington for more details.

Re: Why are Bullseye shooters such pussies?
I like Rover. If I didn't know better I's assume he was from The NYC area and a marine or just plain crazy. People don't take kindly to that type of talk. To me it's everyday. He's the type I'd want covering me. And if you've ever looked face on the business side of a gun as I have a few times (NYC ...

Re: Separating two-part Izzy grips
Shims work too fitted to the inside. Each grip has to be fitted. You may notice some extra shims glued in from the factory.

Re: Air Arm Biathlon rifles and accessories
Thanks. I have a FWB 601 that can single hole at 10m ( I can almost single hole, the gun can). I was looking for a repeater FWB or Steyr but the $$ has me holding back. The AA was a question and I have a rear dioper that appears like the one sold with the gun that is not of the quality I would want....

Air Arm Biathlon rifles and accessories
Does anyone have any experience with this company, the quality of the guns and the parts they use, ie Sights?

looking for repeater or semi 1.77 cal, HELP
1.77, super precise used, so what do you all recommend? I have a 223 Surgeon that I can put 10 shots in the same hole (well almost) at 100 yards and a Cooper 22 repeater same type of results. BUT I'm looking for an air rifle not a single shot. I have a 601 and it's wonderful. So what can you all rec...

Re: FAS 6004 .3mm disc for piston
This is 10 shots, H&N Alloy @ 10 meters with all the mods you and the others have offered up. BTW having cataracts and such the dot (Docter Sight that's been upgraded for heavy use) is fuzzy/flares so I'm not to upset. In the past wit better eyesight the grouping would have been tighter. I also ...

Re: FAS 6004 .3mm disc for piston
I made the tape addition, cut the 3mm slit as per your suggestion and I'm at 410/414 fps. Not bad. The pumping pressure is not an issue. Re your disc, that's why I was looking to see if anyone had a 3MM piece of metal that I could spot face it as you mentioned. I used to make model ships and hand ma...

Re: Rink for Baikal 46-M Grip Question
1st the that comes with the TOZ 35M is not the same as the IZH 46M which is softer and easier to work. I have a a bunch of data off of IGOR's Blog relating to grips. I worked both grips and the 35 was a bear and almost ate my dremmel. Grip fitting I picked up off of: GUIDA TECNIA, Pistola ad aria co...

Re: Front sight drops as match progresses
Don Nygord always told me it was my training and lack of stamina specific to the sport. His recommendations are still out there on the web. Look them up. Train train, train. This is not a cake walk. This is an Olympic level sport! BTW I'm not at that level, not even close. But I do know what I shoul...
