That may actually be a mistake. You want the extractor softer than the bolt so it wears and not the hole in the bolt, which is WAY more difficult to repair. Thank you for the information, that was my guess as it seems logical but I got thrown off as I felt as if the target size was more correct if I placed myself at the printed distance. Must be my mind playing tricks on me.
