Rika software or alternative to read .rk files
Can any of you please share a link to download the old Rika software?
Is there an alternative to be able to read its old files?
Thanks!

Re: Aftermarket Grip Question - Long Fingers
You could add a couple nails for extra strength, then add the paste so that they stay inside of the paste, like beams.

Re: SCATT distance
I've shot scatt at two meters without issue. You just have to use the inclination knobs to be aligned somewhere inside the target. You have to bring the front up. Then when you go back to longer distances you may have to use the knobs again to bring the front down. Remember to change the distance ri...

Re: The New ISSF Air Pistol Finals Format
What I'm missing from commentators is more teaching: explaining in detail how to shoot well, tactics, ways to train, rules... There are some explanations now, but few and vague. It is a tough job! What I'm missing from broadcasts is to focus on the full shot instead of static moments. Just showing a...

I can't find the SCATT directory with the My Files app to share the whole database either. Where are the SCATT files s...

Re: training to minimize wobble?
All you do sounds great. Do the holds standing on inestable surfaces, like inflated disks or foam pads. One leg holds are part of my routine. There's some footwork included in the first link I shared. I added instability on purpose to work balance and to make them less boring. You can also train on ...

Re: training to minimize wobble?
How long are your holds exercises? Do you just hold or try to hold still? How often do you train? Do you do any balance and proprioception training? Trust what you notice and try to sway less. Just paying attention to it will help. My holds routine goes up to one minute per hold: https://www.olympic...

Re: Pistol targets click chart
I have some constructive feedback for your document (which I think is great, BTW) In your document - how-to-click-a-pistol-issf-windage-and-elevation-sighting-instructions Section - Changing from precision to rapid fire pistol targets You state "ISSF pistol shooters aim at 6 o’clock on precisi...
