Pardini FPE
In this discussion on free pistols no one has mentioned the new Pardini Electronic Free Pistol. Has anyone used, or seen one? Doesn't Larry Carter service Pardinis?

Fair warning.

My year-old LP10 has an average velocity of 405 f.p.s. (123 m/s) and its accuracy is excellent. I also have a year-old Morini 162EI and its average velocity is 468 f.p.s. (143 m/s) and, like the LP10, its accuracy is excellent. My 18-month-old Pardini K2s's velocity is 514 f.p.s. (157 m/s) and its a...

If you were shooting one-shot-per-paper-target or you were using an electronic target system with TV monitors it would make sense that a scope would not be allowed. But it makes no sense to be denied the use of a scope if you are shooting more than one shot on a paper target. Even with just two-shot...

USAS
What a sad state of affairs. We older, non-Olympics-contending “club” shooters are seen as and treated simply as donors by USAS. And USAS seems to be letting us down at all levels. A few months ago the man who runs a monthly USAS air pistol PTO asked the people in each relay to vote on whether he sh...

cm84 trigger
"When you get your Morini you'll see what I mean. The weight adjustments you mention go from very very light to super light."
Actually the CM84E trigger is adjustable to 900 grams, almost twice that of an air pistol.

Spotting Scope
I have used the tiny NG 20x33 spotting scopes, offered by our hosts, for two years. They have excellent resolution from 10M to 50M and all Ms in between. They weight next to nothing and they fit easily in any pistol box. To mount them on my pistol boxes, I drill a hole in a block of wood and screw t...
