The front and rear sight are correct OEM sights for your rifle. The tunnel ist mounted backwards, the insert screw should point towards the shooter, but that shouldn't be the problem. If any magnifying lens is mounted in the tunnel, try to remove it. These could eventually be the reason for your pro...

There is no 24mm barrel.

First, unscrew the two outer screws on the right side of the rear sight and take off the detent piece and the fitting piece. Then, remove the remaining center screw. Check the firing pin spring. If broken or bent, it can protrude from the top of the bolt and slow down bolt movement.
