Re: LG400 Bolt Handle-Left

Yes, the lever itself is able to be moved to the side of the cap.

Right now it can be swapped so it can swing up or swing down to open the bolt.

Re: LG400 Bolt Handle-Left

Exactly!
The one you posted is straight forward.
I’m looking for help with one like I posted lol

The only LG400 I’ve handled is the one I have, so I didn’t realize there was something else until these posts.

LG4900 Handle Rt med res.jpg
This is what mine looks like. I see diagrams where there is a screw in the sides/ends of the sleeve and cap. Mine does not have this.

Any other thoughts? I'm trying not to cause damage by doing something stupid.

Thanks

LG400 Bolt Handle-Left

Anyone switched sides with their LG400 handle to the left side?
Looks like I need to remove from the stock and drive out some roll pins? Any advice or experience?
Thanks!

Re: 10m in Houston?

For a state with so many "shooters", Texas is surprisingly limited on ISSF style shooting opportunities. 4H programs offer a good introduction, but not much else. You will have to pursue opportunities on your own, and Dallas is the closest place I know of. You can PM me if you would like, ...

Re: Range Day for SASP Coach Training

Do you know if NRA Level 1 training can be used in place of the SASP coach training in order to get a team started?
Reading the SASP handbook, it looks like the answer is yes but I’m trying to confirm.
Thank you

Range Day for SASP Coach Training

Anyone know how to get a range day set up for coach training?
The only one I see listed is in Washington state. I’m in the Houston area, and would like something closer.
Thanks

Range Lighting

I’m looking for information on lighting for covered/indoor ranges. Anyone know of some guidance, maybe something like so many lumens recommended a certain distance from the firing line/targets?
Thanks!

Re: 1903 Trigger

Is the 1907 a lighter barrel?
I’ve never really understood the differences in Anschutz models besides 54 vs 64 and what I can see on the stock.
I guess the newer 54.30 is set back and then there are other differences n the latest model-but I’m not looking for one of those yet.

Re: 4H Sporter Air Rules CH2021 Challenger

We are in Texas. I didn’t see anything in our state rules that exclude the 2021. We had a district level competition where the question was raised. Honestly, our state’s Shooting Sports program may be different than most, I don’t really know. The only event we hold at the state level is 3P Smallbore...

4H Sporter Air Rules CH2021 Challenger

Has anyone had issue with a 4H competition disqualifying a 2021 challenger?
It had been my understanding that 4H Sporter Air rules aligned with CMP rules, which allow the CH2021.
Is this not a national standard for 4H?
Thanks!

Re: 1903 Trigger

Thank you for the info!

Dude- I agree with your thoughts on a new rifle. I think we have done all we can with the 1903, I just have to find the right rifle to replace it. Right now I'm thinking about and searching for a KK500, light or ultralight.

Re: Smallbore FWB vs Ans vs Walther

Thank you for the responses. PFiori, She is probably 5’6”, 115lbs. I would say that a heavier rifle could make it harder for her to be successful. Right now she shoots a 1903 Jr. with an extension tube. I feel like she needs something that has the action set further back, and has a slimmer, less blo...

Service for T200, Crosman Challenger

I'm looking for someone that can service a Crosman Challenger and a T200.

The Challenger is leaking and does not hold air.

The T200 doesn't seem to have issues, but we've been shooting it a few years with nothing more than patch through the barrel and wipe down cleaning.

Thanks!

Smallbore FWB vs Ans vs Walther

Looking for opinions, pros and cons between KK500, FWB 2800, Ans 54.30/1907/1913/2013.

I'm starting to search for an upgrade for my daughter and wanted to get thoughts on the above rifles.

Thanks!

What part of the country are you building a new range? I need to know if it’s within driving distance for when you start holding matches!
