Re: Practice pellet recommendation and source

For matches, I really like the plastic shaker boxes that allow you to get 100 pellets all nicely organized base up. This makes them easy to load, and to keep count of your shots. With the pellets all uniformly base up, you can also scan over the box quickly to spot and remove any pellets with visib...

Re: New Member from Luxembourg/EU

Hello Fadi, You are most welcome. I'm not an old member here either. I even don't know how to edit my profile and insert my location. I'm based in France. Do you know armurerie-frauenberg.lu in the Luxembourg ? Are they serious and good ? They propose me to solve my SIG Hämmerli P240 bulged barrel ...

Re: Drive U nutz pellet test

OMG I cannot believe how cheap the Basics are from this company!!! Since their house "RWS" pellets are just rebranded, I wonder what they really are. They offer three different pellets, all are RWS rebranded... but they are not always available to order. Sometimes you have to wait a few w...

Re: Drive U nutz pellet test

I also buy my pellets from Germany. Holme in particular (https://holme-onlineshop.de) and I am very satisfied with their service. I highly recommend them. It takes some google translate perhaps if you don't speak german, but it s very much worth the hassle, especially if you buy in bulk! 19€ flat sh...

Re: Practice pellet recommendation and source

Hi everyone Just an education question for my own understanding if you don't mind: Is there any scientific/unbiased experiment you could point me to that demonstrates match grade pellets (any brand) to be statistically better (i.e. more precise) than the RWS Basic pellet? The answer to all your pel...

Re: New Member from Luxembourg/EU

Hi Mtl_Biker
I have a Steyr EVO10, and training twice a week since October last year.
I am now shooting around 540.. but will have to see how things go once in the real championship setup and pressure ;)

Cheers

Re: Practice pellet recommendation and source

I feel that I group better with the Basics... I did try many sub-match quality pellets in my quest for choosing a training pellet. I've also honestly hesitated for long between the RWS Training (0.53g) and the RWS Basic (0.45g) diabolo; but finally settled for the latter one. I also shoot my matches...

Hi Everyone Just a quick message to say hi. I’ve been lurking around for a while and finally set up an account the other day :) Started target shooting last year, and currently training for the national 10m Air Pistol championship this coming season. This will be my first participation and I am so e...

Re: At what psi level do you see accuracy drop off?

Hi there :) I shoot a Steyr Evo10 and I honestly don't see any significant accuracy drop until all the way down to 50-60bars. That's on both of my supplied cylinders. This being said, the feel is definitely different! and I prefer to exchange cylinders at around the 80-100bars mark. Hope that was he...
