Re: Daystate SAXON LE
Well, the rifle costs around $2500-$3000. Mama, the kids, and grandkids will sure have a ball in the supermarket for quite some time with that kind of moola... It's way too much gun for just informal target and plinking. As for rarity and as an investment , I think folks in the U.S. would pay serio...

Re: Daystate SAXON LE
just informal target and plinkin but a bit better and more accurate than usual airgun shooting. I would hope it would retain its value and , perhaps, increase in value over time due to its rarity (only 13 to be sold in the US)

Daystate SAXON LE
I have an opportunity to purchase a Daystate Saxon LE. It is a limited edition of 150 with very few in the US. I am mostly a pistol shooter (Steyr, Morini, FWB, Walther) and not overly familiar with long gun values. I probably will not shoot it much but would like to use it for a little target shoot...

Re: Non pro shooter looking for first pro quality .22 pistol
I shoot an older Browning Medalist (great gun!), a Browning Buckmark target grade, Ruger Mark III (target grip and trigger) and have recently acquired a SW22 Victory. I suggest that gun as it is inexpensive, light weight, very accurate out of the box and can be customized with Volquartson barrel and...

Re: Steyr LP10 - tank bleed question
The Steyr cylinder valves work differently from the Morini & others. The fill adapter opens the valve by pressing on the pin. That is why they don't provide a separate bleed adapter. Rather than rushing things, you only need to unscrew the Steyr about 1 turn (probably less, I forget exactly), a...

Steyr LP10 - tank bleed question
I have a new Steyr LP10. When filling it with the Hill hand pump when I finish the fill an open the bleeder to release the line pressure the whole tank bleeds out !!!! This does not happen with the Morini or the FWB tanks. Is there something wrong with the Steyr or am I doing something wrong. I can ...

Lube for air cylinder ??
I have a FWB P44 and a Morini 162. Sometimes it is extremely difficult to "unscrew" the air cylinder (maybe I am getting weaker as I age !). Does anyone recommend lubricating the threads? If so, what do you use? Thanks for any input. While I am at it I also want to ask if anyone has a uniq...
