Re: Pardini K60 Cylinder O-Rings?

You are talking about the white o ring right? I have been slowly selling these pistols that I had when I coached a RTOC unit. The white o-ring is a harder plastic and not a rubber one. I find usually a little non petroleum lube helps reseal this ring. Having all 4 go bad seams a little unusual. I wi...

Dave, I did. I initially ordered some Edelman AP targets and pellets. I was told the order would be shipped week of 2/26/14. . Then when I didn't get anything I called and they said they could send targets but, were waiting on the pellets. I told them I needed the targets for a postal my daughter wa...

Length of time in receiving order?

What has been your wait when ordering pellets form Pilkguns? Just curious. I ordered some pellets (5000) almost a month ago and have not gotten them yet. This has not been typical of the service I have had from them in the past.

I agree wholeheartedly with the above. The pellets I referred to though are the 'orange' practice pellets from pilkguns. Though less expensive, these are not in the category of the common pellets you can get at walmart/k-mart, bass proshop etc. They are a quality pellet and shoot almost as good as t...

Ghettozoo, Yes, buy an air pistol. What type depends on how much money you want to spend. How much do you intend to spend? Second, Pilkguns has very nice targets (Edelman) that are reasonably priced. Their vogel pellets are what I use. The less expensive ones will be more than adequate. Now to the c...

You did not say how old your daughter was. A fwb model 65/80 can usually be had for under $500. Have you considered this?

Matt is a great shooter that has many accomlishments to be proud of. He is continuing his Olympic quest. Here's my theory. Matt had a 0.0 eight years ago, 4.4 four years ago, 7.6 today. Four years from now he will have a 10.9 on his final shot! Go Matt go!!!!!!!

Matt Emmons- Bronze

As I don't have a paid subscription, I didn't see video but, was able to capture finals results. Matt got third with a 7.6 being his last shot. Glad he got a medal. Campriani was really on. Anyone see the results live and what are you thoughts?

Victor, If you reload, I would try a lighter bullet like the one I mentioned (The sierra 135 bthp match). Even though it doesn't have the ballistic coefficient of the 6 or 6,5 mm bullets, for a distnace of 300 meters it should do the job satisfactally. As a comparison, I shoot a lot of long range si...

What weight bullet are you using? Sierra makes a 135 bthp match that should be a very good 300m bullet and would be less recoil than 150 grain or heavier bullets. This may be a less expensive option than rebarrelling.

bolt handle on walther lg30

I have a Walther lg30 and was switching it to left hand from right hand and broke the plastic cocking lever handle. I noticed the newer ones have a metal handle. I am not sure if I can order the original style plastic handles but, figure the new metal ones are better anyway. Does anyone know of any ...

I find as I get older I need two breaths! As a junior coach myself, I have not taught this but, will add it to my inventory of techniques. The key to anything though, especially when you are coaching juniors, is to emphasize consistency. A shooter needs to do whatever technique you are teaching on a...

Donny,
Aside from the multi (NRA/CMP/USA Shooting) venture called Progressive Position Pistol there is no CMP Program that recognizes Air Pistol that I know of. NRA/4H have awards programs that recognize air pistol though.
