Regarding the barrel contour, Karl installed what I specified, a heavy barrel for the Win 52D and a standard barrel for a 1407. These barrels matched the originals. He suggested Schneider. Later I asked for a trigger for a 1807. He said that the newer Anschutz triggers were fine and did not need rep...

Barrel is made by Schneider and contoured to Win 52 Heavy Barrel, ss.

I have two pictures, one of an Anchutz barrel with the "choke" removed by Kenyon, and another of a barrel silver soldered in by Kenyon.
I cannot post them on this site and wonder if I could email them to someone who could post them.

A bedded gun I got back from Kenyon had a dab of modeling clay in the hole. Action slipped in and out, no problem.

During the 1990's Kenyon cut back 4 Anchutz 1413 barreled actions for me. All were returned without the pins that held the barrel in the action as the barrels had been silver soldered in place. Extractor grooves cut with file by hand. One came back with the muzzle end bored out to remove the "c...
