Storing air rifle under pressure
I have had a number of PCP rifle for years and followed the general rule of shooting the rifle and not filling it back up to max pressure before putting it away. So typically when I store a PCP rifle there is less than 2000psi in the tank when putting the rifle up. On 10M rifles the air cylinder can...

Re: Anschutz 9015 Re-Seal
I have no clue on the Anschutz 9015 but encourage you to try it. What experience I have with PCP rifles is that they are all pretty simple. In most all cases you can swap out o-rings quicker than boxing the rifle up and dropping is off at the post office. It’s sad there aren’t YouTube videos, etc sh...

Re: Anschutz 8002 air rifle for beginer?
On the surface a good deal but no sights is a problem. So whether it’s a good deal depends on how much $$ you have to spend on a sight set. I wouldn’t worry about the out of date cylinder. The out of date cylinder could keep you from shooting some of the bigger matches that check the date but from a...

Re: Wifi camera used for target monitors
What Mike says is true. After I got it it did say in the manual 2.4 and would not work with 5ghz. I am not a tech guy and had no clue what all that meant. Now I believe my router must be dual band. Love the camera though. Right now it’s in the living room and I check on my dogs during the day. One d...

Re: Wifi camera used for target monitors
It would focus on a single bull if you put it right in front of front of a single bull. Since you have to move it out of the line of fire you can see multiple bulls all of which are in focus. It’s just that you mount the camera out of the line of fire that means some of the bulls, on a multi bull ta...

Re: Wifi camera used for target monitors
Well after looking I rolled the dice and bought this: https://www.amazon.com/Wyze-Indoor-Wireless-Detection-Assistant/dp/B076H3SRXG/ref=sxts_sxwds-bia-wc-p13n1_0?crid=SHY846PYQCDG&cv_ct_cx=wyze+cam&dchild=1&keywords=wyze+cam&pd_rd_i=B076H3SRXG&pd_rd_r=4810e8d5-19b0-4e86-b2ba-517f...

Re: Vogel Pellets--Just a warning !! Don't shoot the messanger!
I bought a sleeve of Vogel Merlin Match Plus (in tins) last December while in Colorado Springs. My only other Vogel experience were pellets in the plastic box from CMP and they seemed to be of good quality and shot well. The price was right so I figured I would buy some more while in town. I find th...

Re: Pardini Air Rifles
Yes I got it from Pardini USA. Each day they sent an email on how the progress was going on the video. It took them 3-4 days after editing etc. I edited my above post and now the link works. May be good for future reference. This rifle really is beautiful. My daughter who shoots an FWB is in love wi...

Re: Pardini Air Rifles
Well I bought the Pardini GPR1 Top rifle. The 20% off sale they ran tempted me enough to try one. Absolutely gorgeous rifle. I ordered the rifle left handed but the rifle I got had the loading lever on the right side and a RH cheek piece. The left hand cheek piece will be here in a couple days. I di...

Re: Wifi camera used for target monitors
I appreciate your help but I guess I should expand my original post a little to say I am not a tech guy. I was just hoping for a link to a camera on amazon or somewhere. That said the whole drone camera thing is intriguing but over my head. So I would need a camera, transmitter, monitor, but what ab...

Wifi camera used for target monitors
I have been wearing out the search function for info on this but not much coming up and I know it’s been done. I want to use a wireless security type camera to use as a target monitor on my home 10M range. Is there a decent, cheap, Bluetooth camera I can use and monitor over an iPad?

Re: Rear sight riser for older FWB sights
Not to drag this thread on forever but did want to report back the older FWB rear sight did tighten down on my daughters FWB 800 sight base riser. So for future people searching the answer is it should work.

Thanks for your response Mr. Tucker. I watched your daughter win the finals at Winter Air. She is incredible.

Re: Rear sight riser for older FWB sights
Thanks Gary & Sandpiper. I will try to see if my older rear sight fits on my daughter’s FWB 800. If it does I will order a riser. If it works I will order a riser and see if it works and post back here for future search reference.

Re: Rear sight riser for older FWB sights
You are correct Gary the top of the 2600 receiver is round. I did not think a out that. So effectively the horizontal grooves in the top of the receiver make it flat in a sense. There are so many older FWB rifles around with this sight I am sure I am not the first person to run into this so I will w...

Rear sight riser for older FWB sights
I recently picked up a nice FWB 2600 off the classifieds here. I bought it to introduce my daughter to 3P small bore. I installed an adjustable rear iris like her FWB 800 10M rifle and a Centra 22mm front site like her 10M rifle. The 22mm front site is a little to high and I run out of adjustment on...

Pardini Air Rifles
I do not see much written about the Pardini air rifles. I am sure they are accurate and saw a few at Winter Air last December used by some top shooters. My question is reliability and parts availability down the road. So first are they considered reliable and somewhat easy to work on? Second how has...

If the site sponsor Pilkguns doesn’t have one you should call Neal Step at ISS as he probably has one.
