Thanks for the response Jim (and for the gun), but I tried that. The 18mm clear insert is too small to replace the adjustable mechanism located in the rear of the sight. And it is too large to fit into the front. And even without the aperture inserted, the clamping disk won't thread into the front o...

I called RWS and Tim said that removal of the adjustable front sight and replacing with a fixed insert was a user mod - nothing available from Diana. Diana 75 Front Sight Question
I recently purchased a Diana 75. The front sight has an adjustable reticle (compressed o-ring). Can it be replaced with a standard front sight insert? And if so, how?
