Re: Anyone use or have opinion on this PCP hand pump
I have a Gehmann pump, it takes 30 pumps to go from 100 bar, which is typically what you have after training, to 200.

Re: Anyone use or have opinion on this PCP hand pump
it's a BSP thread, you need one with a DIN adapter. You can however buy adapter for your pistol that has BSP filling adapter. so, if you buy the pump and you have your air pistol, it won't work unless you buy a BSP filling adapter. There are also BSP to DIN adapters, you need the male BSP to female ...

Re: ISSF Rule Corrections
you both are wrong, there's a reason rifles aren't shot with integers any more. a score of 599 could be more precise than 600 by A LOT. And it's indeed the case in real competitions. In bench rest competitions you aren't even allowed to shoot a 9. If you do, you're out. With integers of course. With...

Re: ISSF Rule Corrections
now why would an average joe be buying some expensive machine? I can tell 10.4 from 10.5 with my eyes, but the average joe wants to know his result instantly without having to use some machine. Many clubs have them, but you're not getting them after training, they're mostly used for competition. And...

Re: ISSF Rule Corrections
I hope some of you with enough influence will change targets alltogether. They were made in mind to make the maximum score "almost" possible, but unreachable. In air pistol, the integers are waaaay to crude. Shooting 9.9 is about 4 times as precise as 9.0, yet both are scored the same. Whe...

Re: Steel pins all over the grip
The surface noes not matter, the shape of the grip does. The paste that the athletes put on their grips kinda feels slippery, but if the shape is right and you have the finger grooves in the right shape (especially the vertical lines, around which your fingers hook), the the grip won't slip off your...

Re: Older Steyr Mannlicher lp10
You are referring to this , but there's a chance you could adjust the barrel to fix it? You seem to be ahead of me here, so ignore this post if I'm wrong. Is the bolt roller at an angle (broken or screw unscrewed itself)? also, another stupid question, is there a room for the pin to move into? You m...

so did you have it fixed?
The number one reason for losing air out from a good cylinder when it's screwd on to a pistol is the visible seal right before the thread, the same one as on the filling adapter.

Re: Standard Barrel Length or Compact for 10m Targets?
if you are weak, or have shoulder injury only then go compact.
Youth, many females prefer the compact because their muscles can't support the full length pistol without shaking violently. Other than that, a typical pistol today weighs around a 1kg, so for me it's too light.

Re: Impact of holding exercises in the match
it's a 100% physical. bad series, especially in training are not affecting me emotionally one bit. When I point the gun down range I can see my holding area (sorta like imagining seeing my scatt line) and I already know where the average shots are going to land, at the end of the training it always ...
