TAU 7 trigger adjustment assistance needed!

Hi there!
Looking to get the trigger on my Tau 7 to be "light" and "smooth".
The instructions are not really helpful. I read Todd Coopers review etc. and e-mailed him but he didn't work on his trigger to the same end.
Any help is appreciated.

Tau 7 Silhouette "legal" for 10 meter competition?

I'm considering buying a Tau 7 silhouette for air pistol silhouette and want to know if it's also considered "legal" to use in 10 meter competition?
