Our Ballistic Polymer would certainly be able to withstand any weather and any shots it would receive, however, vinyl and paint will not adhere to our materal. We don't use Tannerite with our Ballistic Polymer targets, but we have certainly used it. No doubt about it, Tannerite is fun to shoot!
