Re: Esports compares itselfs to 10M Air Rifle
I think it's a fair comparison, when you compare rifle to more traditionally athletic sports. While it definitely does take effort to shoot a rifle well, it doesn't require nearly the kind of strength and endurance you need to be competitive in something like soccer, cross country, boxing, etc. Gam...

Esports compares itselfs to 10M Air Rifle
Not sure how I feel about this comparison...considering my obsessive quest of gaining knowledge to coach my son(Brandon Mach) to his current level. https://www.ibuypower.com/Product/LandingPage/Esports-vs-Real-Sports "Olympic Sports like 10 Meter Air Rifle are similar to Esports because they ne...

Re: Lg 400 problem
The speed should be 170-172 m/s (558-564 FPS), I have also tested the LG400 at 176-178m/s (577-584 FPS) with good results. Also check the standard velocity devitation, it should be no more than .9-1.5 m/s (3-5 FPS)

Did you check velocity with a chronograph. Are you using sight risers? If so, make sure they are both the same height front and rear.

Re: FWB absorbing device screw
There is a hex key set screw in there, to make adjustments to the absorber when needed. This is the new updated version. The previous versions used a slotted head set screw.

Re: FWB 800x not grouping well
So today I really cleaned and patched the daylights out of the barrel. I used my usual method of TSI 301 till clean and then dry patches...just did it 3X as much. So I set everything up and woo hoo first 10 shots from a clean bore netted a group of 5.6mm!!! Then it went to crap real fast...I gave up...

Re: FWB 800x not grouping well
The gun poi doesn't really move from full to 100bar. Maybe a couple clicks up at best when low.Mtl_Biker wrote:SailAwayAK wrote:and how much air in they cylinder? I noticed that when it starts dropping it doesn't group as well
At what point do you see your rifle start grouping poorly?

Re: FWB 800x not grouping well
and how much air in they cylinder? I noticed that when it starts dropping it doesn't group as well. I usually top of air cylinder to 180bar and refill right around 150bar. From full, after my son shoots sighter plus 60rds for standing, the tank is usually around 150 bar. We will top off right be fi...

FWB 800x not grouping well
We have been testing pellets and I'm not sure what to make of this. Shooting from a rigid fixture into Sius HS10. Shooting through paper to visually back up Sius and have Scatt setup as well, to track any movement just in case. Chronographed gun also and it was in FWB spec with ES 6-7 and SD 2 Tried...

Re: FWB 800 Regulator Issue?
Hi, I am pretty sure I am the guy who is being talked about. I bought the 800 new from ISS in Texas, after only a month or so of training since I got it in Nov. 2012 I had to have it worked on. It would recoil and make the shot move after I pulled the trigger, had this confirmed by a US National te...

WOW! That's very low for a new stock gun. My sons 800x new chronographed at 170-172 m/s. Can't argue with consistent and accurate however :)

Re: FWB 800 Evolution Velocity Adjustment?
I was told that the FWB 800 seem to like 177-178 m/s best.
Thread that describes the velocity adjustment procedure. Its pretty straightforward.

My son shoots the same gun and had the same problem. I had to buy .001 shim stock to snug up the fit between ears that locate the upper wing.

Re: Help picking smallbore for small shooter
I second the FWB 2700 Light. My son is a smaller structured shooter and this rifle has fit him very well.
