Dry fire device in 22 LR
What are you using for a dry fire device to protect firing pin in your 22 LR?
I use an Anschutz 1903 action at the moment.
Thanks,

Custom jacket measuring
I am currently stationed in Norfolk, VA. I would like to get measured for a custom smallbore jacket and pants. I tried this once before and had a tailor as well as my roommate measure me according to the company’s instructions and the finished product was horribly wrong. Would like to have someone w...

Morini grip for a Pardini K12
I would like to put a Morini grip on my Pardini K12 air pistol. Is there a way to do this?
I handled a Morini grip today and it felt better in my hand. Seems like a better foundation to start with even if I am going to use bondo eventually.

Re: Home electronic target options
I may be wrong I thought they said something about it when I was on the phone with them but that is nice to know. Do you like your system? Yes, I like it. As Gwhite mentions the HS10 are nice because that they use very little consumables as long as you shoot well enough. There are no moving parts e...

Re: Home electronic target options
but an alternative is to just set up a pellet trap and shoot paper targets. This doesn't necessarily mean low tech though. My system consists of a pellet trap, projector tripod on wheels to get the trap at correct height, clip on LED light to shine on the target, and a Wyze camera/app also on a sec...

Re: Home electronic target options
I'm actually quoting different systems now. SIUS HS10 is about 2200 a lane, Mega link is similar with both being PC Based. Kongsberg's US Distributor "Mr target" has been horrible to get ahold of and gave a quote of over 12K for a lane. Orion Athena for home is supposed to be released som...

Re: Home electronic target options
Depends on why you want it. If you want to improve your scores, I'd get an electronic trainer first (Scatt or Noptel). You will learn a lot more than just seeing your scores add up. If you want one to more closely simulate competition, then the freETarget looks like a good way to go. Great point ab...

Home electronic target options
I would like to get an electronic 10m target to use at home and maybe at work. Prefer to use a target system that does not require the internet. A quick internet search resulted in several options, many were from companies OCONUS. I think my top priorities are: 1. Ease/speed of setup. 2. Portability...

Best pistol for 10m International AP?
I would like to get into international AP. I prefer to buy once and cry once. What make/model pistols should I consider that I can use at the highest levels of competition? Is an electronic trigger a must have to be competitive at the international level? If so, why are mechanical triggers still ava...

Pardini SP Bullseye 5” vs 6”
other than other than an extra inch in iron sight radius, Can anyone tell me the difference between the 5 inch and the 6 inch bull’s-eye versions of the Pardini SP? Is there a noticeable difference in the balance? If all things are equal, it seems as though a shorter barrel should be preferred and w...

Re: ANS 5018/1907 trigger screws needed
Pdeal,
Do you know what the size/thread pitch is? I am also looking for screws on McMaster-Carr. The ANS manual says 46-1 & 45-1 screws but I don’t see a corresponding size on the McMaster site.

Re: School me on scopes for BE
For decades I have shot my S&W Model 41 with a 1" Ultra Dot. Last year I started shooting a steel plate match using a Ruger Mk IV Tactical with a Burris Fast Fire II and a Volquartsen trigger kit in it. When using the model 41 I shoot with an occluder over my left eye. When using the Ruger...

Re: School me on scopes for BE
I have several Matchdot II's and like them. Bear in mind that BE is usually shot at 25 and 50 yds and sight adjustments are almost always required for this change. Some of the dots, particularly the reflex types, are not designed with frequent, repeatable sight changes in mind. Excellent point abou...

School me on scopes for BE
School me on scope options for rimfire and center fire BE competition. I have read all the reference material on the bullseye encyclopedia site ( http://www.bullseyepistol.com/ ) and came to the conclusion that the ultra dot matchdot II was the best long term investment for the money. However, that ...
