I too would be curious to hear the reasons given.
That a gun store would turn down a paying customer seems rather odd to me!

... I want something with dots, post, ghost aperature, straight eights, etc. I don't have any preferences for tritium or fiber; just an easy accurate aiming system... ... In my head I can see liking something with a V notch or line post with a small tritium dot in the front... All of these you ment...

Rule 7.4.4.1 Key C 60mm Distance from center of the front sight ring or top of post to center of bore either directly above or offset (except for those athletes firing from the right shoulder but using their left eye). It's too low if you ask me, the rules definitely work against big, tall guys like...

SAMMI for small pistol primer pockets is 0.118 - 0.122 SAMMI specs also call for primers to be seated 0.002 - 0.005 below flush. The anvil of the primer contacts the floor of the pocket before the primer cup bottoms out. This slightly crushes the priming pellet creating better ignition. The cup shou...

I have two 853's now, just got one of the CMP rebuilds. My boys are shooting them. Both shoot one large ragged hole at 10m when clamped. Granted it's a large hole, but it's a hole none-the-less. This is using the CMP brokered Vogel practice pellets. It's not up to the specs of my LG210 by any means ...

I'd love to be able to go somewhere to handle and test wear the product. I can't imagine there is not some product literature, or a ...

I'm not sure what you are asking. You set 'them' to where you like 'them'. You choose settings that will provide the trigger pull that works with your style and allows you to perform the best. For example, some folks like a large amount of trigger over-travel (me for instance) some people don't like...

But, feel free to carry on doing that if you think you are right and everyone else is wrong. There is a problem with that line of thinking ... It's right because everyone is doing it ... until it's wrong. Look at the history of any position ... standing, prone rifle ... Olympic trap ... it does not...

..However I find that I have to rotate my wrist too much towards the right,... Keep a neutral wrist position and rotate the pistol in your hand a bit to the right to regain alignment of the sights and your eye. A neutral wrist position is to the forearm as NPA is to the whole position. You desire a...

I'm an OTC and LR shooter from way back and find my Walther LG210 is an excellent aid for both standing and prone. The benefits for standing are probably pretty obvious and that is not what you are asking about so on to prone. The air rifle will not give you any help with wind doping (shoot a .22LR ...

+1 on a Ruger for a first time pistol. It will be a very long time before you can outshoot it. It's simple to care for, and parts are everywhere. Want different grips ... many to choose from and they won't require you to mortgage your house. Want to scope it or put on red dot? Dozens of options are ...
