Re: 32 ACP ammo, Hornady XTP in my Pardini HP 32

The factory ammo in my HP shoots right at 1000 ft/sec and yes it does everything you would want it to do. I get the same results if I reload the 60 gr XTP with 1.85 gr of N-310 and keep the measurements the same (OAL, trim length, crimp, etc.) If I was to find some hand made lighter load XTP ammo, ...

32 ACP ammo, Hornady XTP in my Pardini HP 32

I am using Hornady 32 ACP 60 grain XTP factory ammo in my Pardini HP 32. It's ridiculously accurate and has never missed a feed, ejection, or ever had a flier. I am very happy with it. My post here is about the ammo. This factory ammo is rated for 1000 fps. I see guys who reload are loading for a 72...

I have experimented with several different brands and types of ammo in my SPBE, only free hand and off a rest (no ranson yet). So far, SK Standard Plus (about 1/3 the price if Eley Tenex Pistol) seems to be the most reliable and accurate. I just ordered some Tenex Pistol and will repost after I test...

Pardini SP, what weights are you using, what experiences?

I am shooting a new Pardini SP 22 in local bullseye matches. I have been experimenting this week with the weights in the front shroud. In my short time trying this I have found that I score much higher in slow fire with no weights. Unfortunately, my timed and rapid are a bit tougher to get back on c...

I went out today to shoot my new shortened bullets expecting some real performance and instead I got real disappointment. With Lyman 313249 85 grain bullets I initially got around 3 inches 10 shot groups at 50 yards with no flyer ever. I then changed to 85 grain bullets from an Accurate mold. While...

Re: 32 ACP Ammo

Greetings, You will find that purchasing factory ammo will not offer consistent results. The same ammo will shoot different with each lot number. The only way to get true match ammo is to load it yourself. Do not just rely on my opinion, talk to some of the top Military shooters. The ammunition com...

Re: What is the best Red Dot Scope and why.

I would like input from our forum members. What is the best Red Dot Scope and why? Why do you like the dot you are using and why? Please include dot size you use and tube size and model number. Please, no wise guy answers. Ultradot is the best for precision pistol target shooting. The 30mm is bette...

Eley Match EPS, Federal 711B, and Aguila Golden eagle Match

I tested all 3 of these for hours in my Pardini SP 22, both off a rest and one hand standing with no supports. The Eley would not feed properly so it was out quick. The Federal 711b and Aguila Match both fed, fired, and ejected with no issues. About 250 rds of each. The Aguila printed a slightly sma...

Pardini SP 22 and which ammo to use......my opinion

I am some what new to shooting bullseye, but in my short timeI recently bought 3 different Pardini pistols including an older SP 22, which I shoot the most. I went thru this same research and testing process when shooting my old High Standard Hamden gun. I search, search some more, read, read some m...

32 ACP ammo, what is the most accurate? Anyone tested ammo?

I am looking to see if anyone shooting 32 ACP for the center fire portion of bullseye matches, has any info to offer regarding ammo. With the match grade stuff hard to get, is there a factory load ammo that anyone is having good success with, that holds good groups? I have PMC, Prvi, and Fiocchi bra...

The stock grip is not that wide.
If you don't mind Jake, please post a picture of yours......even if the grips are just grip tape. I would like to see it if you don't mind posting it.

Jake

Gunrunner yes it is still made, they offer about 9 configurations. Contact Pardini in Tampa, FL Murph Mine is a 6" model I wish I could afford the 9mm slide for CF It has the best trigger for a 45, hands down. You just have to have a big enough hand to shoot it one handed. I wonder if a Rink g...

I shoot with a guy at bullseye matches who recently tried using that same Aguila ammo cuz he couldn't get any Federal 711b. Same problem you talked about, duds, and the strikes looked deep. Wen 711b came in, he switched back and no longer ha she problem. He has been giving that Aguila away to guys c...

Trooper jake, that is great feedback and good to now. Thanks for that feedback. I hope some more people can share if they have done similar tests like you did. Is your a 5" or 6"?

Pardini GT45 - has anyone ransom rest tested a stock GT45

Has anyone taken a stock Pardini GT45, mounted it in a ransom rest (or even just rested on a sandbag) and tested it at 25 or 50 yards? I am considering one for bullseye competitions and need to know if it is as accurate or close than accurized 1911. I need to know if it will shoot a 2" group at...
