Re: Steyr LP50 Questions
I got a standard model compact from our host about 6 weeks ago new. I had them add the extra spring to get it to 3.5 lbs on the trigger. I can shoot a 90 shots per cylinder before the velocity drop causes my shots to go low. It's been reliable (about 1500 shots through it so far) and fun to shoot. I...

Very Happy With My New LP 50 From Pilkington!
I waited about a month for the next batch to get to Pilkington Competition from Austria. It arrived last Friday, I had their gunsmith (Buck) set the trigger to 3.5 lbs. I function tested it with the iron sights for about 200 shots and milled and installed an optics rail for it last night. The red do...

Re: Super Lube Mystery Failure
I agree they have way too many variants with the same package wording "Multilube" and their distinctive brand color bar! The tube I got from Pilkington has the label that matches the left tube in the photo at the top of this thread, NOT the RIGHT ONE! It's a smaller tube (1/2 ounce) than t...

Re: Super Lube Mystery Failure
I just received a new LP50 from Pilkguns last week, they included a tube of the Super Lube (Non Silicone version) and their gunsmith, Buck, confirmed yesterday that it's safe to use it on O rings too. I've used for years on the AP cylinder threads. I'm glad to know they recommend it for O rings too.

Re: Benelli MP95E Feeding Issues
I've been lucky, I've been shooting mine for 19 years, I've run about 25K rounds through it, Aguila SV, SK STD Plus, SK Magazine and CCI SV. Maybe had 1 or 2 malfunctioins per 5K rounds until I got into the latest case of CCI SV. Now I'm getting about 1 out of 100. I switched back to SK Magazine and...

Re: cmp postals
Folks,
I found them at the 2016 Q2 registration link, there is now a results tab when you follow the registration link.
It's not the same way we are used to finding the results, but they are there!
Try this URL:

Re: Homer Pearson
Very Sad to hear the news. 12 years ago I bought a CMP H&R M12 with no sights and no understanding of how target rifle accessories and sights were and were not interchangeable, etc. I called CC and Homer answered the phone and spent about 20 minutes getting me grounded on many different things a...

Re: Grips from Andrew
I could copy the previous post and plug in my two guns instead! I had the same great experience! He did a very good fit and service, he did a Morini 162E1 grip transfer to my new Styer LP10E. It's making my transition to the Styer easier! The Toz grip is the real test of getting it right! I know how...

Heads Up Check Your LP10 E Trigger!
Disclaimer: I am posting this as a FYI and in no way trying to malign Styer or Pilkguns. I am the second owner of an a LP10E that is 10 months old. Pilkguns sold the pistol to the first owner and I bought it from him via an ad from this site. The first owner said he shot the pistol for only three se...

Re: Is stippling legal on a 10 meter precision air rifle?
I found the rules and they state "no material" and I'm thinking that stippling and checkering are not adding material but are a surface treatment. I'm just trying to get a sanity check before I actually do something to the stock! NRA Rule h) Material that gives increased grip may not be ad...

Is stippling legal on a 10 meter precision air rifle?
I would like to stipple my FWB 600 stock. I don't shoot it for competition now but I wanted to know if I would be at risk for any NRA or ISSF matches if I stippled the grip and forend.
Thanks,
Craig

Re: Does Morini Still Make The Factory LP10 Grip?
Thanks for the info everyone. Now I think that I should have titled this tread Morini 162EI vs Styer LP10E! I have contacted Andrew and he is going to copy my Morini 162EI grip profile to the LP10E frame fit with his 3D printing process. I am desperate to get this LP10 E shooting on par with my Mori...

Does Morini Still Make The Factory LP10 Grip?
I shoot a Morini CM162EI long with short cylinders with an XL grip and I just got a LP10E compact with an XL grip and the grip fits are night and day. I've also found that for my hand width (100mm) the Styer and Morini charts may be off suggesting the XL grip, I had to add putty to the wrist shelf o...

Styer Lp10 cylinder thread size anyone?
I think it is 11mm and ?? pitch My metric thread covers 10MM and 12MM threads but not 11MM for some strange reason and so do a lot of gauges that are on the marked (not all). I want to buy the correct tap to make a thread protector (it is vented) for my fill adapter-I leave it in my Scuba tank (stra...

Re: Uncarved TOZ-35s
Well worth the effort-great value for the $$$. I got one from Buds last year-it was unfired and in great shape. It took me about 3 hours to get the grips roughed out for the first trip, and it really does help to have a pistol grip nearby to use a layout guide, I used the grip on my Morini 162 EI as...

Re: AIMING FOR 10 METER PISTOL
Most literature I have come across says most folks use about the 5 ring, for me I end up closer to the 4 ring on top of my front sight . The other consideration is that it can be the same spacing down below the 7 ring (this is the bottom of black bull) as the amount of white space between one side o...

Re: My first 3 months with the new FAS 6004 and AP.
Good review and glad it's working out for you.
Have you tried Kruger targets?
They worked great for my IZH 46 M and now my Morini Cm162EI. I can't bear to use anything else now that I have them.
