Re: FWB P8X
Getting back on topic, I wanted to go back to a mechanical trigger and selected the P8X for its wide range of grip adjustability. As a bonus I got a gun with the nicest trigger I have ever pulled, and an absorber that really works (now I know what they are for). Not had a shot of the PX8 yet, but m...

Re: long and short sight base
I have a bit of time to experiment, so will be re-visiting this one, as I didn't get enough shooting last time. I will do another three 40 shot matches on the longest setting, med and short, and , if Im not too embarrassed I will publish the results. 40 shots live with SCATT, so I can get the over a...

Re: Arm/shoulder exercises or not?
I'm curious what they consensus is, is it recommended to do exercises that strengthen the shoulder to help endurance or develop it naturally over time by shooting? I've been shooting my new Evo10 for a few month and am getting better scores. I just returned from a 9 day vacation and shot a match in...

Good thing as they are no longer legal.
yes they wanted to make us more pretty for the cameras
And we all know how well that works. The networks just LOVE us now.
even more so now we have to play crap pop music on an endless loop whilst shooting.

Re: I is blind in one eye or is I not...
I have lenses in front of both eyes, and have previously tried with a blinder for the non shooting eye and without. I shoot better with a blinder cause my non shooting eye is dominant, but do not get as good balance or overall feeling with it. I found a good compromise though.. I use a semi transpa...

Thanks William, for the record I know side blinders are banned. I am discussing the non shooting eye blinder.

Re: Drive U nutz pellet test
In my opinion it doesn't matter what pellet you use, what matters is to balance the gun to the pellet. the attached were shot at 20 yards with the gun in a clamp, 10 shot groups. they are R10 4.50 pistol, pistol was a FWB P44. if I shot in competition with the gun not adjusted to the pellets, my sco...

I is blind in one eye or is I not...
Hello fellow sufferers. I was watching 10m air pistol on YouTube and most of the Korean and Chinese shooters don’t seem to use a blinder to cover the non shooting eye. They also look to have normal glasses on but I sure the glasses are very carefully made for shooting. Seems to me it would be better...

Re: Questions regarding Fwb p44
Hi, my P44 was the same, when the dryfire mec was clicked over or as you say the gun was shaken it could go off. my gun is now about two years old and has been used nearly every day so I shudder to think how many shots it has gone through. it has never been serviced so I have booked one in for next ...

Re: long and short sight base
well, the results were interesting but not conclusive, I will need to test more targets. basically the long sight base groups all looked better, but all had one flyer. short all had no flyers, but looked bigger/looser. the groups not including flyers were: Long 1=32mm, 2=31mm, 3=17mm. short 1=24mm, ...

Re: Sweidish Sport letter on gender proposals! excellent rea
I think the gender thing is just a white elephant. the reason the ISSF and IOC want to get rid of 50m events is cost. Then why are they supporting the 3-Positional Rifle events. David ... my opinion on your question: For Now. When they start (within 4-6 years, my guess) a 3-P Air exhibition event, ...
