Our host used to sell IZH if I remember correctly, perhaps they still have some parts. If they don't they probably know who does.

Pyramyd Air Guns sells IZH, maybe they are worth a try.

I would be hard pressed to quantify how hard I grip. Just like two people talking about love and pain, it is hard to put a value on it, unlike a torque spec. There are 126 views today and nobody has commented, perhaps this is why? I think I do my best with something that is harder that just holding ...

I am thinking that the "adjusting the barrel" video is what you need.
Does it feel like the lever is camming over slightly when you fully close it?

I seat my pellets as far as I can with my thumb. When the compressed air engages them, they are then fully seated, all the way through the barrel. I tend to think the skirt straightens out a little as well in the process.

I have cleaned my air pistols about 3 times in 15 years. I am not sure it really made any difference. I used TSI 301 on a pulled through patch FWIW.
I don't claim to be an expert on cleaning anything.

Oh I am not going to try to change or coach him. I just have never seen someone that changed their cross dominance with their shooting hand.

Try poking a 1mm/.040" hole through a business card and holding that up to your eye and looking through it. If that is a help, a clip on iris might be beneficial.

"Super Lube" is much better at eliminating galling than any other greases I have tried. My assumption is the Teflon content is the key.

Ambidextrous Cross Dominance

A non shooter friend of mine was telling me he was not sure what his eye dominance was. I tested him and he is cross dominant, since he has not shot much, I told him to try changing to his left hand. Upon doing so he kept trying to use his right eye. I don't recall ever seeing someone like this befo...

This is a great offer!

Too bad that I already bought a LP10 from you and then waited 10 weeks and paid $127 to have my Hammerli 480 re-sealed from another vendor. I would have done this in a heartbeat. I hope some good people take advantage of this fantastic offer and get a new LP10, I sure like mine. Your customer servic...

Thanks. I have lots of spotting scopes but most of them are overkill for 10M. Maybe I will buy a small one or thy the monocular approach.

Maybe the latch closing has nothing to do with the leakage and it is just the timing of about when it happens? If you pump it and leave it alone for 10 minutes, does it them leak only when you close the latch?

Maybe shoot a practice match at 9:00 AM. That will take one variable out of your quandary. I know I shoot best in the late afternoon.

I shoot better with an iris, but I could be the odd one out. My eye does not go back and forth between sights and target since they are all focused at the same time. It looks just like the text book drawings.

Are rifle shooters looking through a peep sight at a disadvantage?

shooting a sub six hold should be able to net you all your pellets inside the 10 ring off the bench Brent375hh, does this mean resting the pistol on the bench? Thanks for clarification TommyH Yes. Bench, or some other solid object. Maybe a sturdy chair with sandbags or a rest, you get the idea. Onc...
