Check Larry Carter's website---I believe the Rink has a modification for the side loading and cocking lever.

If you are large boned and do have some developed musculature on the lower arms as well. The problem could be just the opposite and that is you may well be over-gripping the gun ( trying to squeeze the sap out of the wood) due to any "exaggerated over musculature". You are not able to rela...

Fred you are quite correct that this was a problem with the "new"breed of SP's. The Pardini grips would be tough to adjust for rake as the bolt which joins the grip to the body has no room for adjustment once it's in place. The problem should be addressed to see if your sight picture is co...

Don Nygord's famous comment used to be: "...if you spend big money to buy the world's best pistol, then why do you insult yourself by choosing the very worst ammo for it...." When I bought my SP from him he sent RWS Target along with the gun.

Tracking the rise of the price of the AW93 shortly after the USMC announcement, shows that the level of price increase was not driven by the fluctuation of the Euro vs. Dollar. It's simple economics---supply and demand, what happened to the price of the 208s ( already a heady price) after Hammerli (...

Do you mean a side loading variation as the cocking lever is already on the left side. I have seen the side loading lever which was a modification that used to be done by the Late Don Nygord, for various and sundry reasons i.e. to be able to adjust the rake of the grips etc. and for a shooter who lo...

The answer to this choice is one word "parts." The USMC had made noise about opting for the AW93 as a replacement for the 208s. This surfaced over a year ago I haven't heard from my friends as to what they are going to eventually do regarding their new choice of a .22 pistol. The main reas...

Unfortunately the Morini FP & AP are the only ones with "good" electronics. The SPE and Matchguns have rather suspect electronics as of yet, when you do not see European teams outfitted with a particular gun, that's usually the first clue as to a guns viability. The MG-1 E would never ...

Get a piece of steel and cut it to size to fit into the bottom and sides of the brake---then scrub with that---you can soak that until the sun turns Lime green and you are not going to remove squat. That is what used to be supplied with the old Hi-Standard fluted barrel Trophy to clean the brake.

If you are looking for a good, reliable, parts & service availabilty you cannot go wrong with Pardini standard pistols. The cleaning of the Pardini is an easily accomplished chore with the most simple take-down of all out there. People tend to sell the Pardini short because the rest of the field...

I don't see most good .22lr ammos as dirty---from my "fond" memories of my CM22 it was the grease that coated the rounds. Some ammo tended to be a lot greasier than others and the CM22 was very fussy about being scrupulously clean. I developed a consistent habit to use right angle .22 mops...

Contact Larry Carter or go to his site and look at the rink grips---Most European Target Pistols with the exception of the AW93 have grips with that angle---I might look into the Rink grips for your solution. They will find a solution for you.
