The 2 pivot points for angling the stock, just behind the hand grip are not there or are different on the 900, as compared to the 800x. I like those 2 adjustments, as the stock nests nicely across my chest as I cant 10 degrees. Also the rotating rear sight is a big plus.

When the case is closed and resting upright, the lower center of gravity will prevent it from tipping over, understood it is not a big issue.
