I'm about your size and my 8002 fits me very well. You can't go wrong with any of the guns you've mentioned.

I found the same problem with the new RWS cans and the plastic pellet can sleeves. JSB cans fit the sleeves so I transfer the RWS pellets to a properly marked old JSB can. Easy.

I use the #4 anchors too. You can get a box full for next to nothing at your local hardware store. They even feed from a magazine and eject like a real round.

All my .22's do this. I have a 1913 BR, a 40X and an H&R M-12 and they all throw the first shot on a cold barrel out of the POA. Shooting a few sighters to warm and foul the barrel solves the problem.

I like my Anschutz 8002 a lot. It is very accurate and easy to shoot. The other rifles mentioned here are also good choices, but I'm partial to my Annie for 10M shooting. I like my Air Arms 510SL for other chores. We shoot silhouettes at 10M every Thursday night at our local indoor range and I've sh...
