When I discuss with shooters in Poland, it appears that Matt Emmons is considered as one of the most likable sportsman. Due to all these "olympic accidents" and the way he manages with that, one knows at least he is a human, not a cold-mind cyborg... Great shooter!

BTW, have you seen Matt Emmons throwing his bronze medal away? :-) So, as this coverage was not accesible for everyone and I do not want to let any impression that Matt Emmons did something wrong with his medal, I need explain that this was like video-gag - when he was throwing flowers to the spect...

This Monday was not his day in 100%, but anyway he has got an olympic medal once more! Congratulations.

It is pretty possible that in new ISSF Rules so called "red flags" become obligatory. Up to now, if a bolt is open but not completely, jury members or referes usually kindly ask to open it fully, but if continued yellow card is what you should expect :-)

Finals will be changed for sure, but not just as 10 shots counted from 0. The main problem now is to find any formula of - let's call it - semifinal. So, it can be 10 shots counted in decimals and afterthat a shooter with a lowest score is out. 11th final serie and a next one is out, etc. I just giv...

I have just received info, that in Munich - World Championships - the Equipement Control does not accept Bleiker barrels. Probably, no EU documents concernig safety is a cause. Looks crazy... :-)
