is there a 22lr conversion barrel for the Walther osp?

I was shooting my osp and a S&W 41 today and tried the 41s mag in the osp, perfect fit. just needs the back notch filed into it so the mag lock will work. Got me thinking the way the pistol is set up all I would need is stronger springs and a barrel chambered for 22LR. Since I have a GSP trigger...

I get to pick it up from the gun shop tomorrow and will post some pics then. I did not notice any marks forward of the trigger guard, will look at it close when I get it home.

this one has a serial # of 031xx, still waiting my 10 days to pick it up. Calif has us wait for everything.

is there a way to date a Walther OSP

Hi. Just found this site. I bought an old Walther OSP a few weeks ago, came with 3 mags and a barrel weight, manual and extra GSP trigger group. It is the round barrel with 4 ports on top. Is there any way to tell when it was made? Looks like it was made in 65. I have the bottom hand brace, hand is ...
