Re: New Morini Air Pistol - CM200 EI
Well folks, I did not want to post this but... I went back to Steyr! I couldn't get the smaller grip despite waiting for 4 weeks. I found that compared to the Evo and LP10 I had at home it just wasn't as adjustable as I had hoped. This pistol just didn't suit me. The dry fire cable application was a...

Re: 10 M aiming ethics
I am definitely sub sub 6! My best shots have come from about the 3 ring. Good link to the sight picture thread, I have read it before and was a good refresh.

10 M aiming ethics
A few of my friends are using the lower horizontal edge of the 10M pistol target to align their sights for the shot. I tried this yesterday and was quite surprised with the good group it produced ! It just felt a bit like cheating in my mind. All my books suggest a sub six hold , not a sub zero one....

Re: 32 SW long dies
Thanks again all. I have just received all the Dies minus the Lyman. Lee oversize sizing Die , NOE insert for the Lee die and a Lyman neck expander in 32EP which I guess stands for European projectile. The lovely lady at Lyman did not even know such an insert existed but asked a technician and he to...

Re: Pistol (ISSF rules) coaching from 3 time Olympian via Sk
Another Vote for Dina. Here in Spain I have not been able to get coaching where I live. I have been shooting well and winning a few things in my category, I practiced a lot but without clear direction. Dina has put a rudder on my boat and now I have clear things to practice rather than making it up ...

Re: New Morini Air Pistol - CM200 EI
Grip temporarily adjusted to allow my hand some support. Trigger adjustment to 520G.
Lots of dry fire and some live training, starting to enjoy the pistol.
Love the orange!

Re: New Morini Air Pistol - CM200 EI
Having them side by side in your hands you just get the feeling that the Steyr is just an incredible piece of engineering art and the Morini just doesnt give you that feeling. Yes they both from a vice will put shot on shot and the Swiss is decked out in carbon but it just reminds me of those cars y...

Re: New Morini Air Pistol - CM200 EI
100 shot update! OK..this hurts to say having just sold my LP10 to a friend but..in my opinion the Steyr just seems better made than the Morini. It is my fault for buying without seeing one in the flesh but there are a few things that have really left me feeling a bit flat. 1) In the brochure the go...

Re: New Morini Air Pistol - CM200 EI
Managed to get about 20 shots on it before my credit with the wife ran out! First impressions; The grip is quite big for an M , I have M on my Steyr and have always ordered M size. This one is just about ok on the highest setting but perhaps I need to look at the next size down. The cocking lever ha...

Re: 32 SW long dies
Thanks for all the tips.
Ordering a Lee sizing die in +002
NOE Expansion plug .314-317
Do I still need the Dillon special wadcutter expansion funnel if i have the NOE or does the NOE go in the station after it?
Planning a Lee seating and Lee crimp die ( FCD or plain crimp?)

Re: 32 SW long dies
I really dont think they are aware of this issue in Spain as nearly all who shoot 32 just buy a set of dies and reload. There are some good shooters in this category also who win regularly. Perhaps when I get all the info collated and show them the results , they may look at the way they reload 32. ...

Re: 32 SW long dies
Having read most of the threads , I rang Dillon and I explained exactly what I would be reloading and asked about the " Special Dillon" options and the person told me I needed the standard dies. This didnt tie in with what I had read. I will call again . I will order the Uniqutek accessori...

Re: 32 SW long dies
Perfect , will read through them now. Just been looking at the NOE sizing kit. IF i am buying the HN already at .314 am i correct in thinking that i dont need that product. You are suggesting that it is the case sizing die in station 1 of my Dillon 650 that needs to size the brass to just the smalle...

32 SW long dies
I have trawled through endless threads and am just looking for a recap from those in the know about 32 SW dies. I have just received my Pardini in 32 SW and plan on shooting H&N .314 wadcutter bullets . I read on this forum that the Dillon sizing die did not size the case deep enough and that th...
